Guarantee & Warranty

GASTREAUX products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, commencing from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later.
A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Manufacturing Defects
The warranty covers manufacturing defects that are present in the product before use.
To qualify for a manufacturing defect claim, the cookware must be new and unused.
Customers are advised to inspect the cookware carefully upon receiving it. If any manufacturing defect is found, do not use the cookware and contact GASTREAUX Customer Service with your order details and clear photographs or videos of the defect.
Once the cookware has been used for cooking, claims relating to changes or deterioration resulting from use, including the cooking surface and non-stick coating, will not be covered as an unused-product manufacturing defect.
GASTREAUX reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the reported issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
Non-Stick Cookware
The non-stick coating is covered against manufacturing defects present before first use.
To make a warranty claim relating to the non-stick coating, the cookware must be new and unused.
Once the cookware has been used, scratching, peeling, blistering, deterioration, staining, discolouration or loss of non-stick performance may occur as a result of use and is not covered as an unused-product manufacturing defect.
This includes deterioration or damage resulting from:
-
Normal wear and tear
-

-
Overheating or heating the cookware while empty
-
Use of metal or sharp utensils

-
